No consultant-client relationship
Visiting the site, using a calculator, sending a contact message or submitting the assessment form does not by itself mean that your matter has been accepted or that a professional relationship has begun. Immigration consulting begins only after a written consultation agreement or service agreement has been signed, as the Code of Professional Conduct of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants requires. The agreement sets out the work, the fees and the responsibilities.
A calculator result or an initial assessment does not guarantee eligibility, an invitation to apply, a visa, residence or any legal outcome. Do not rely on the website or on an unanswered form for an urgent deadline. Contact the office directly about urgent deadlines.
Responsible use
Provide relevant and accurate information, and do not submit another person's details without appropriate authority. Do not send spam or harmful material, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website. Share confidential documents only through a process specified by the office for your matter.
Content and external links
You may use the information for personal, non-commercial reference and link to our pages. Contact the office before substantially republishing original Ghasedak material, and retain source attribution. Third-party content and marks remain subject to their owners' terms. Official-source and outside-service links are provided for convenience; Ghasedak does not operate those services and is not responsible for their content.
Accuracy and availability
We review our pages against official sources and show a review date, but we cannot promise that every page is current at the moment you read it. If you find an error or an outdated statement, please tell us so we can correct it. The site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
